We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. For cancellations within 24 hours, a partial refund may be issued based on the circumstances.

Our VR experiences are designed for all ages, but some specific attractions may have age recommendations. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
What should I wear for the VR experience?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Avoid wearing jewelry that might interfere with the VR equipment.
